2. Logistics Partner

  • To ensure secure and dependable delivery, all orders are dispatched exclusively via Indian Post.

  • Every shipment is carefully packaged to protect sensitive components like smart chips and ink seals during transit.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific services provided by Indian Post.

    • Domestic (India): Typically 3–7 business days.

    • International (UK & USA): Typically 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal speed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items (e.g., XL multipacks vs. individual bottles) and the delivery destination.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If a shipping error occurs on our part, we will cover the necessary shipping costs to rectify the issue.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your materials have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Indian Post tracking number.

  • You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the official Indian Post tracking portal.

6. Customs and Duties (International Only)

  • For orders shipped to the UK and USA, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their respective countries.

  • The Horizon Project is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.
