Warranty Policy

At The Horizon Project, we stand behind the reliability of our premium refurbished and compatible ink solutions. We provide a comprehensive warranty to ensure you can print with total confidence.


1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty on all ink cartridges and refill sets purchased from hprintsweb.site. This warranty covers:

  • Technical Defects: Failure of the smart chip to be recognized by compatible printer models (such as the i-Series, Pix-Series, or WorkForce).

  • Ink Performance: Issues such as severe leaking or clogged nozzles that prevent the cartridge from functioning upon first use.

  • Hardware Compatibility: We guarantee that the product will fit and function in the specific printer models listed on the product description page.

2. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

  • Firmware Updates: Issues arising from printer manufacturer (OEM) firmware updates installed after the date of purchase that are designed to block non-OEM cartridges.

  • Empty Cartridges: Once a cartridge has reached its end-of-life (ink has been fully depleted through normal printing), the warranty is considered fulfilled.

  • Improper Storage: Damage caused by exposing cartridges to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by improper installation or force.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

If you encounter a technical issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Troubleshoot: Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 7799445582. Many recognition issues can be solved with a simple reset.

  2. Submit Evidence: If the issue persists, email info@hprintsweb.site with your order number and a photo of the error message on your printer screen or a print quality test page.

  3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a one-time replacement of the defective item or a store credit, at our discretion.

4. Shipping for Warranty Replacements

  • Within 30 Days: If a defect is reported within 30 days of delivery, The Horizon Project will cover the cost of shipping the replacement via Indian Post.

  • After 30 Days: For claims made after the initial 30-day window, the customer may be responsible for a nominal shipping fee for the replacement unit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our warranty is limited to the value of the ink cartridge itself. The Horizon Project is not liable for any incidental damage to printer hardware or loss of business revenue due to printing downtime.
