1. Cancellation Window

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our logistics partner, Indian Post.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In this case, you may follow our Returns & Refund Policy after the package arrives.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

4. Special Considerations

Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed within India using COD, simply notify us before dispatch to cancel the request.
